Refund
Policy
1. General Policy §01
This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Planqestra Consulting
for consulting services, advisory support, strategy sessions, custom deliverables,
research, and related professional work.
Because our services are customized, intellectual, and time-based, all payments are
generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Planqestra.
2. Deposits & Reservation Fees §02
Any deposit, booking fee, initiation payment, or reservation fee used to secure an engagement is non-refundable. These amounts compensate Planqestra for reserving calendar space, allocating internal capacity, and preparing for the engagement.
3. Completed or Started Work §03
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been performed in whole or in part, including:
- Consultation calls, advisory sessions, or meetings.
- Research, analysis, strategic review, or planning work.
- Reports, roadmaps, recommendations, and digital deliverables.
- Custom preparation, internal project setup, or reserved advisory time.
4. Cancellations by Client §04
If the Client cancels an engagement after work has started or after time has been reserved, the Client remains responsible for all completed work, accrued time, and any non-cancellable expenses or commitments associated with the engagement.
5. Rescheduling §05
Clients may request to reschedule a call or session with reasonable notice. Planqestra will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when possible. Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may be treated as completed sessions and may not qualify for refund or credit.
6. Limited Exceptions §06
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases and solely at our discretion, such as:
- Duplicate payment made in error.
- Verified billing mistake caused by Planqestra.
- Written agreement expressly providing a refund condition.
- Internal inability to begin the engagement before meaningful work has started.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes §07
Clients agree to contact Planqestra first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Where services were reserved, started, or delivered, Planqestra may provide documentation, invoices, communications, and proof of work to the payment processor or bank in response to a dispute.
8. Retainers & Ongoing Advisory Services §08
Retainer payments and recurring advisory fees are non-refundable once the relevant billing period has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Change of Mind §09
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, shifts in internal priorities, budget reductions, delays in implementation, or dissatisfaction based solely on expected business results not being achieved.
10. Request Review §10
If you believe an exceptional situation applies, you may contact us with your payment details, engagement reference, and a written explanation of the issue. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.
11. Policy Updates §11
Planqestra may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any revised version becomes effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
